We have set out our Customer Care commitments in our policies. Please note we have two policies - one is for NHS clients.

How do I know which policy to use?

If you are receiving or trying to receive services in Nottingham City with a BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) then you should use the NHS Customer Care and Complaints policy.

If you are receiving services in Nottingham City with a non accredited Counsellor or are receiving services in Bassetlaw, the County, HMP Ranby, via the Rape Project or the Male Therapeutic Group, then please use the CORE Customer Care and Complaints policy.
